Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to work with the Director and help transform strategic goals into measurable, actionable marketing plans. The candidate must have a strong understanding of marketing automation processes, including web-to-lead forms and lead nurturing workflows, and be able to coordinate and prepare materials for execution by technical teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and WordPress/Elementor, with basic SEO knowledge.
- Knowledge of Zoho Campaigns is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of lead generation and lead nurturing workflows.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and coordination skills across international teams.
Job Deliverables:
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns focused on engagement and retention.
- Develop and optimize automated email sequences to nurture leads and support customer retention.
- Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and refine strategies for better results.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media channels, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Create, schedule, and engage with posts that resonate with our audience and build the online community.
- Partner with content and creative teams to deliver compelling, brand-aligned assets and storytelling.
- Content Coordination & Quality Control:
- Review marketing content for accuracy, brand alignment, and clarity.
- Ensure all campaigns, materials, and processes are ready for execution and properly integrated with tracking systems.
- Work cross-departmentally to maintain brand consistency and support digital campaign initiatives.
- Performance & Data Management:
- Track leads, campaign performance, and ROI, providing structured insights for continuous improvement.
- Apply best practices in handling sensitive marketing data and assets, ensuring appropriate access and compliance.
