We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution to drive measurable results in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and display
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives
  • Maintain tracking, analytics, and reporting using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or CRM platforms
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
✅ Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
