We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution to drive measurable results in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and display
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives
- Maintain tracking, analytics, and reporting using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or CRM platforms
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
- Experience with marketing automation or email platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, or UX basics
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech-driven companies
- Fully remote role within Australia
