The Role
We're looking for a mid-level WordPress developer to join our team and build landing pages from Figma designs. Our in-house designer-copywriters create the designs and content — your job is to bring them to life in WordPress.
What you'll do:
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress landing pages
- Build primarily with Bricks Builder (our main page builder)
- Work with Elementor and occasionally Divi for client-specific projects
- Ensure pages load fast, work on mobile, and meet our quality standards
- Collaborate with our design team and Head of Development via Slack
- Deliver 3-5 landing pages per week
What we're looking for:
Required:
- 2-4 years experience building WordPress websites
- Strong proficiency with Bricks Builder
- Experience with Elementor (Divi is a bonus)
- Ability to accurately translate Figma designs to WordPress
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile optimisation
- Clean, efficient code habits
- Reliable internet connection and your own computer
- Good written English for team communication
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kinsta or similar managed WordPress hosting
- Understanding of page speed optimisation
- Basic knowledge of conversion-focused design principles
- Experience working with Australian or Western clients
