Job Description

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: PHP 70,000 – 105,000/month

About

Postclick (a division of Local Digital) is an Australian digital marketing agency specialising in high-converting landing pages for service businesses across Australia. We've been in business for over 10 years and work with clients in trades, professional services, and local businesses who need pages that actually convert.

We're not a freelance gig or a contractor arrangement — we have a registered company in the Philippines, which means you get proper employment with real benefits.

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level WordPress developer to join our team and build landing pages from Figma designs. Our in-house designer-copywriters create the designs and content — your job is to bring them to life in WordPress.

What you'll do:

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress landing pages
  • Build primarily with Bricks Builder (our main page builder)
  • Work with Elementor and occasionally Divi for client-specific projects
  • Ensure pages load fast, work on mobile, and meet our quality standards
  • Collaborate with our design team and Head of Development via Slack
  • Deliver 3-5 landing pages per week

What we're looking for:

Required:

  • 2-4 years experience building WordPress websites
  • Strong proficiency with Bricks Builder
  • Experience with Elementor (Divi is a bonus)
  • Ability to accurately translate Figma designs to WordPress
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile optimisation
  • Clean, efficient code habits
  • Reliable internet connection and your own computer
  • Good written English for team communication

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Kinsta or similar managed WordPress hosting
  • Understanding of page speed optimisation
  • Basic knowledge of conversion-focused design principles
  • Experience working with Australian or Western clients

Why Work With Us

Proper employment, not a contractor gig:

You'll be employed through our Philippine company with all the protections and benefits that come with it.

Benefits include:

  • 13th month pay
  • Health insurance (HMO)
  • 10 days paid vacation leave
  • 5 days paid sick leave
  • Government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Work setup:

  • Fully remote — work from home
  • Flexible hours — we don't need you to wake up at 5am to match Australian time. We care about the work getting done, not when you're online. That said, we'd like some overlap for Slack communication during the day.
  • Use your own equipment to start. If needed, we'll provide a laptop down the track.

Stable workload:

We consistently produce 3-5 landing pages per week for clients across Australia. This isn't project-based work that disappears — it's ongoing, steady work with a team that's been operating for over a decade.

How To Apply

Send us:

  1. Your CV/resume
  2. A link to your portfolio or examples of WordPress sites you've built (landing pages preferred)
  3. A short note (2-3 sentences) on your experience specifically

We'll review applications and get back to suitable candidates within a few days.
