Job Overview / Role Description


We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager – IT Staffing & Resource Augmentation to join our remote sales team. This role focuses on new business generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets.

This is a performance-driven, commission-based role, ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales, account management, and IT staffing experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, generate, and close B2B opportunities for IT staffing and resource augmentation services
  • Prospect startups, SMEs, and enterprises across global markets
  • Engage with decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR Heads, and IT Managers
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business goals and hiring needs
  • Promote dedicated developer, hourly, monthly, and project-based engagement models
  • Manage existing client accounts and drive long-term relationship growth
  • Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client data using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets


Qualifications & Skills


  • Proven experience in B2B business development or account management (IT staffing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing, offshore hiring, and resource augmentation models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
