Job Description
Analyst (Austin, TX or Relocation-Friendly)
We’re hiring an Analyst to join a fast-growing, performance-driven team in the hospitality space.
You don’t need a specific background or years of experience.
Anyone somewhat technical with a fast learning curve can succeed here.
What matters most is how you think and work.You must be able to:
- Explain complex ideas simply and clearly
- Avoid over-promising and manage expectations honestly
- Adjust your tone depending on who you’re speaking to
- (Owner vs. GM vs. Marketer)
You should:
- Treat client outcomes as your own
- Notice when something feels “off” without being told
- Follow through without needing reminders
The ideal person:
- Has high standards without falling into the perfectionism trap
- Understands the “why” behind tasks, not just the task itself
- Is comfortable with a performance-based compensation model
- Cares about money and results — hunger matters here
- Is smart, humble, ego-free, and genuinely easy to work with
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience with Google Ads and/or SEO
- (This is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.)
Logistics:
- Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
- Comfortable with inconsistent hours
- (Some weeks are 12-hour days, some days you’re done by 3pm)
