Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and purpose-aligned Senior IT Project Managers who are interested in being considered for future opportunities. These roles are perfect for individuals who not only excel in leading complex IT implementations but are also passionate about embedding values, ethics, and impact into their work.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery (SaaS implementations, system integrations, digital transformation)
- Partner with clients to align project goals with organizational purpose and strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Champion effective project governance, change management, and issue resolution
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risk plans, and success metrics
- Ensure high-quality outcomes, with a focus on long-term transformation over quick wins
- Contribute to our growing library of Purpose stories by sharing how your work advances ethical and value-driven leadership
What You Bring
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in consulting or agency settings
- Track record of successful delivery across diverse systems such as ERP, CRMs, SaaS, custom enterprise platforms, and more.
- Strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus
