About The Opportunity

We're growing our India-based engineering capability to accelerate platform reliability, API performance, and developer velocity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability backend services and microservices that power core platform features and APIs.
- Build and own RESTful APIs and data access layers; ensure backward compatibility and versioning for external consumers.
- Optimize data models and queries for relational and NoSQL stores; implement efficient caching and indexing strategies.
- Implement containerised deployments, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and observability (metrics, tracing, centralized logging).
- Collaborate with frontend, infra, and product teams to define scalable system designs and translate requirements into production-ready code.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive performance, security, and reliability improvements.
