We are looking for a Reliability Operation Center of excellence Engineer (ROCoE Engineer) to join our team and be responsible for detecting, triaging and responding to critical incidents on our payments platform! The ideal candidate is a proactive person with great analytical skills and a sense of urgency.
What will you be doing?
- Perform initial troubleshooting;
- Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations;
- Proactively monitor and identify problems in internal systems;
- Perform preventive maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists;
- Ensure platform health and business continuity by reducing incident detection times and proposing improvements that add value in pursuit of resilient operational excellence.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in NOC (necessarily within the fintech industry);
- Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
- Experience in technology (AWS, will be valued);
- Ability (technical and judgmental) to understand urgency and make decisions related to incident detection and escalation.;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical and technical skills;
- AI-first mindset, curiosity, and passion for creating realities that add value to the business
- This position requires availability to work from 23pm to 7hs ART 100% remote.
- Be willing to rotate shifts to cover team leave and/or on-call schedules.
- Proficiency in English intermediate / Spanish native;
- Nice to have: Experience with observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Datadog;
