Job Description
What you will do:
- Content creation - write clear, concise, and compelling copy for user interfaces, including menus, buttons, error messages, instructional text, content for landing pages, microcopy, notifications, and other digital product touchpoints
- Develop and maintain UX Copy and terminology guidelines that align with our brand tone of voice and drive the implementation throughout the business, ensuring a consistent user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and Product to create user-friendly, transparent experiences that our customers find easy to use.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on copy.
- Understand our products in detail and proactively seek to improve our customer experience.
- Participate in A/B testing and other data analysis to optimise UX and to improve business KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content design.
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in UX writing for digital products, including web and mobile applications, or a similar role
- You have strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- You have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- You are able to create clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.
- You come with excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
- You are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
