UX Copywriter

What you will do:

• Content creation - write clear, concise, and compelling copy for user interfaces, including menus, buttons, error messages, instructional text, content for landing pages, microcopy, notifications, and other digital product touchpoints
• Develop and maintain UX Copy and terminology guidelines that align with our brand tone of voice and drive the implementation throughout the business, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers and Product to create user-friendly, transparent experiences that our customers find easy to use.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on copy.
• Understand our products in detail and proactively seek to improve our customer experience.
• Participate in A/B testing and other data analysis to optimise UX and to improve business KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content design.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience in UX writing for digital products, including web and mobile applications, or a similar role
• You have strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
• You have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• You are able to create clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.
• You come with excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
• You are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
