About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time, remote position reports directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing and plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of CAQH’s digital and print communications. The ideal candidate will contribute to the conceptualization and execution of creative projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media assets, website design, advertising materials, and internal communications.
They will be responsible for translating strategic ideas into compelling visual solutions that resonate with our target audiences and reinforce our brand standards. The Creative & Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing channel owners, to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all platforms. This role demands a high level of creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to deliver engaging designs that support CAQH’s mission and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic and web design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Acrobat
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and responsive, mobile-first design approaches
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, email templates, and web content
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for digital platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects across print, digital, and motion media
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams
- Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar is a plus
- Some coding exposure related to email and website content development is preferred
- Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials for digital and print channels, including web banners, social media assets, email templates, and collateral
- Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key business messages through innovative visual solutions
- Develop performance marketing assets that align with brand strategy and drive engagement across advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts supporting campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with web developers to design inspiring web pages, ensuring consistency with brand standards and best practices in responsive design
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy
- Support the development of packaging designs utilized across various sales channels
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all materials reflect CAQH’s mission, values, and visual identity
