About Aravae
Aravae is building a privacy-first, AI-powered productivity platform. As we move toward launch, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to keep delivery tight—clear scope, strong coordination, and consistent execution across product and engineering.
Role summary
As Technical Project Manager, you’ll own planning and delivery across key product workstreams. You’ll translate priorities into timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure teams ship reliably without chaos.
Responsibilities
Delivery & coordination
• Own sprint planning, delivery timelines, and cross-functional execution.
• Keep track of scope, dependencies, risks, and blockers—then drive resolution.
• Facilitate lightweight rituals (standups, planning, retros) or run async updates when needed.
Requirements & clarity
• Turn product goals into clear deliverables, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a decision log and ensure changes are documented and communicated.
• Work closely with engineering to keep requirements practical and well-scoped.
Process & tooling
• Maintain delivery boards (Jira/Linear) and ensure tasks are actionable and up to date.
• Improve internal processes: templates, handoffs, release readiness checklists.
• Support collaboration across distributed teams with clean documentation.
Quality of execution
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery through clear communication.
• Track progress and report weekly on milestones, risks, and next priorities.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or Product Operations (startup/SaaS is a plus).
• Comfortable working with product and engineering teams (APIs, integrations, roadmaps—high-level understanding is enough).
• Strong written communication in English.
• Highly organized with a bias toward action and follow-through.
• Calm under pressure; able to manage competing priorities without losing clarity.
• Interest in women’s wellbeing / FemTech is a plus, and the role is open to all backgrounds.
• We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
Time commitment
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location
• London (Hybrid)
• Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates (UK working hours preferred)
Compensation
• Paid role (contract or employment, depending on location and fit).
• Compensation details are shared during the interview process.
How to apply
Send:
• Your CV or LinkedIn profile
• A short note (5–8 lines) describing a product delivery you led and how you managed scope/timelines
• (Optional) A sample sprint plan, release plan, or delivery dashboard you’ve used (anonymized)
Note: We share build milestones and future openings through the Aravae company page—worth keeping on your radar as we head toward launch.*
