Job Description

Fully remote. 🌍

We've partnered with one of the fastest growing B2B startups in the Middle East who are building out a product specifically for the MENA region within the digital trust, verification and anti-fraud sector.

They're backed by some of the biggest and most influential investors within the region and, with a rapidly scaling user base, they're now looking to scale an incredible fully remote technology team.

Your role 🤲:

  • Owning the entirety of their Kubernetes clusters.
  • Supporting hybrid deployments, including on-prem and private cloud setups, maintaining consistent release processes across environments.
  • Maintaining and continuously improving their CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) — enabling multi-service auto-deployments across staging and production.
  • Ensuring high availability and resilience through infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and incident response (Grafana, Loki, Sentry, Prometheus).
  • Automating infrastructure with Terraform, bash/Python scripts, and API-based configuration workflows.

What you'll ideally have ✍️:

  • 6+ years' commercial experience in all things DevOps.
  • Experience as being a primary owner of production environments for a SaaS or regulated product.
  • Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (OCI, AWS, GCP); experience with OCI is a plus.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Deep experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools), including designing modular, reusable infrastructure.
  • Containers & orchestration: Strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in production (not just local/dev usage).
  • CI/CD: Proven track-record designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar), including multi-service deployments and rollback strategies.

What they're offering 💵:

  • $3,000-$4,000 per month (plus a comprehensive package).
  • Work fully remotely from anywhere within 4 hours of Riyadh's timezone.
  • A clear progression plan from day one to help you progress into a truly senior role within the business.

Please note - candidates outside of the KSA are prioritised as we're well aware that the cost of living in certain Middle East countries means that this salary would be difficult to survive on.
