Role Overview
We are seeking Frontend Developers / Engineers to support the training and evaluation of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.
In this role, you will review, analyze, and improve AI-generated frontend code to ensure correctness, clarity, performance, and usability.
This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity for professionals with strong frontend development skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in written Spanish, with working proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness, efficiency, and reliability
- Create and answer computer science and frontend-related questions to train AI models
- Identify logical errors, UI/UX issues, performance bottlenecks, and code-quality gaps
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
- Explain frontend programming concepts clearly in written Spanish and English
- Collaborate across multiple projects based on skills, expertise, and availability
- Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frontend development practices
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is beneficial
- Professional proficiency in Spanish for technical communication
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ in addition to frontend technologies
- 1+ year of experience in frontend, full-stack, or software engineering roles
- Working proficiency in English
Compensation
- Hourly compensation of USD $32, based on task complexity and assessed expertise
- Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms
- Total monthly earnings depend on hours worked
- Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations
Eligibility & Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in one of the following locations:
Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic
