Job Description
- Job Title: Java Developer (Remote)
- Job Type: Independent Contractor / Project-Based

- Schedule: Flexible (approximately 5–40 hours per week, based on project availability)
Role Overview
We are hiring Java Developers on behalf of a client to support the evaluation and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.
In this role, you will review and analyze AI-generated code to ensure correctness, clarity, and efficiency. You will also provide structured feedback and technical insights to help improve AI model performance across programming tasks.
This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for experienced developers with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models
- Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, clarity, efficiency, and best practices
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI-generated outputs
- Identify logical errors, performance issues, and inconsistencies in code
- Explain programming concepts clearly, primarily in Spanish (English preferred as needed)
- Collaborate across multiple projects based on technical expertise and availability
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus
- Professional proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
Eligibility & Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in one of the following locations:
Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic
Compensation
- Hourly compensation up to USD $32, based on task complexity and experience
- Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms
- Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations
- Full compensation details are provided prior to task acceptance
