As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries regarding cloud services and solutions, all communicated effectively in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to cloud services, technical specifications, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide detailed information on cloud offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective and existing customers
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing their services
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management and follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide relevant assistance to customers
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or cloud services industry
