Job Description

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative email marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results. Your ability to craft compelling campaigns and analyze data will directly influence the way customers connect with our partner's products. Accountabilities
- Plan, design, and execute a wide range of email campaigns, including weekly newsletters, lifecycle journeys, and promotional communications.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on email marketing strategy and best practices.
- Write and produce dynamic, customer-centric content that inspires action.
- Drive engagement and growth through targeted cross-sell, upsell, and referral campaigns.
- Optimize emails for deliverability, mobile responsiveness, and performance (open/click rates, conversions).
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to continually improve campaign outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report on email performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Partner with stakeholders to leverage customer data, usage insights, and satisfaction benchmarks for campaign optimization.
- Own and expand customer referral and advocacy programs.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing (B2C, B2B, or SaaS).
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo) and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Hands-on coding experience with HTML, CSS, and mobile-responsive email design.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven reporting.
- Strong copywriting skills with a track record of producing high-impact, conversion-focused marketing content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
- Experience developing customer referral and advocacy programs.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
