About the Opportunity:

This organization is a vertically integrated digital agency focused on pioneering the next generation of consumer-facing brands. It specializes in results-driven growth marketing, launching brands to market, and accelerating growth across direct-to-consumer channels. The role seeks a visionary creative leader experienced in developing ad concepts for acquisition marketing on Meta and other platforms, combining creativity, AI, and performance. The position involves managing a team and leading creative execution for paid media assets across multiple formats in a fully remote environment operating in the EST Time Zone.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 2 to 4 designers focused on paid ad creative with potential for team growth.

• Provide creative direction, actionable feedback, and career support via regular 1:1s and project reviews.

• Ensure creative quality, alignment with brand identity, platform best practices, and campaign goals.

• Collaborate with performance marketers and strategists to develop and optimize high-performing ad campaigns.

• Refine internal processes, establish creative standards, and lead sessions to drive innovation.

• Lead concept development and execution for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display platforms.

• Translate client marketing strategies and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts.

• Design and direct static ads, animations, mobile-first videos, and storyboards for short-form content.

• Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity and strategic rationale.

• Monitor performance data with marketing teams to inform creative iterations and improve results.


Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years senior-level design experience, with at least 1 year in people management preferred.

• Proven experience designing ad creatives for paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.

• A digital portfolio demonstrating performance-focused ad creative including static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video.

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and platform-specific best practices.

• Knowledge of integrating AI software (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon) into workflows to increase efficiency and output.

• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability for performance results.

• Experience collaborating with performance marketers and creative strategists to write briefs, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on data.

• Proficient in English communication for presenting creative work and responding to feedback professionally.

• Confident in giving constructive feedback and mentoring other designers.

• Ability to convert ambiguous campaign goals into visually engaging, conversion-focused creative concepts.

• Proficient in Figma with knowledge of Auto Layout, Components, and asset handoff.

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Bonus: Experience designing high-performing e-commerce ads, familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere), or working with UGC creators and editors.
