We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire high-caliber software engineers across Latin America. This role is focused on proactive sourcing, technical screening, and closing strong candidates in a competitive global market.
- Own end-to-end recruiting for software engineering roles (backend, frontend, full-stack, and AI-adjacent).
- Source and engage software engineers across Latin America using LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and remote-readiness.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and technical bar.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, conversion rates).
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and outreach messaging to improve hiring outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting software engineers in a technical environment.
- Proven success hiring remote engineers in LATAM.
- Strong understanding of common engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring signals.
- Experience sourcing candidates through outbound methods (not just inbound applicants).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes, including portfolios, GitHub activity, and real-world experience.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup.
- Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth SaaS companies.

- Existing network of LATAM engineers.
- Experience working with founders or small engineering teams.
