Job Description
We’re looking for a senior-level mobile app developer who can build, iterate, and optimize production-ready iOS & Android apps using Flutter or React Native.
This role is not just about writing code.
You’ll be expected to understand user behavior, read data, improve UX/UI, and integrate monetization and analytics tools that drive growth.
If you’ve built real apps, shipped them to the App Store / Play Store, and know how to improve retention and revenue — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain high-performance mobile apps (iOS & Android) using Flutter or React Native
- Collaborate with product & design to improve UX/UI based on real user data
- Analyze user behavior (funnels, drop-offs, engagement) and suggest product improvements
- Implement and manage analytics & tracking (events, conversions, attribution)
- Integrate subscription & paywall systems (RevenueCat, Superwall, or similar)
- Add and manage pixels & SDKs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Optimize app performance, stability, and user experience
- Ship fast, iterate faster, and improve continuously
- Strong experience with Flutter or React Native
- Proven experience building real production apps (not just demos)
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts user behavior
- Experience working with user analytics & event tracking
- Hands-on experience with:
- RevenueCat or Superwall
- In-app subscriptions & paywalls
- Analytics tools (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Experience integrating marketing pixels & SDKs
- Comfortable working independently and making product decisions
- Ability to read data and turn it into clear UX/product improvements
- Experience optimizing retention, LTV, and conversion rates
- Experience with A/B testing in mobile apps
- Familiarity with app growth, monetization, or startup environments
- Eye for clean design and smooth user flows
- Work on real products with real users
