Branding Manager — Luxury Real Estate | Abu Dhabi


We are Nationwide Middle East Properties — one of Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate brokerage firms, trusted by investors, developers, and high-performing sales professionals across the UAE.


As we continue to grow and strengthen our market leadership, we are looking for an experienced Branding Manager to shape, elevate, and protect the Nationwide brand — both internally and externally.


The Role


You will lead the full brand strategy and execution across all channels — ensuring Nationwide is recognized for excellence, trust, and premium real estate expertise. This role blends strategy, creativity, and leadership, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, and Senior Management.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and own Nationwide’s brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity

Build and strengthen employer branding to attract top global real estate talent

Elevate Nationwide’s position as a luxury market leader in Abu Dhabi

Oversee brand consistency across marketing, recruitment, digital, PR, and content

Lead brand storytelling, lifestyle positioning, and reputation growth initiatives

Support developer relationships through premium brand representation

Monitor brand perception and ensure alignment across all business units

Embed brand culture internally across teams and leadership



Requirements

5–10+ years’ experience in branding, marketing, or creative strategy

Experience in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands

Passion for brand psychology, design, and storytelling

Strong strategic and creative direction abilities

Confident working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Based in UAE or open to relocation to Abu Dhabi
