BuildShare is launching a global talent acceleration program designed to recruit, train, and graduate high-performing international candidates into specialized roles within our ecosystem.

This is not a course — it’s a real internship experience, structured training, weekly mentorship, and real deliverables.

At the end of 3 months, top performers graduate into an official role:

✅ Real Estate Development Associate (RDA)

(Aligned to one of 6 specialization tracks)

You will learn how to execute U.S.-style real estate development using AI tools to increase speed, quality, and consistency:

• AI market study generation and absorption analysis
• AI deal screening and investment memo drafting
• AI underwriting: pro formas, sensitivity tables, cash flow forecasting
• AI pre-construction: scope generation, CSI breakdown, scheduling
• AI-powered documentation systems (reports, decks, structured briefs)

✅ Week 0 — Selection & Onboarding

Application screening, English confirmation, skill test, agreement signing, access setup

✅ Weeks 1–2 — Core Training Bootcamp

U.S. real estate lifecycle + BuildShare capital model (GP/LP, promote, tokenization) + offsite/modular ecosystem + AI workflows

✅ Weeks 3–10 — Internship Execution

10–20 hrs/week, real project deliverables, weekly reporting, mentorship reviews, KPI scorecards

✅ Weeks 11–12 — Graduation & Promotion

Portfolio submission + capstone presentation (Demo Day) + competency review → Associate graduation

Graduate into one of six Real Estate Development Associate paths:

1. Architectural Associate — Design + BIM + AI workflows
2. Construction / Civil Engineer Associate — Offsite partnerships + QA/QC + logistics
3. Finance & Underwriting Associate — Modeling + underwriting + capital stacks
4. Software / Platform Development Associate — React/TypeScript + AI coding + integrations
5. Legal & Compliance Associate — SEC research + tokenization + KYC/AML
6. Project Manager Associate — Tracking + SOPs + dashboards + coordination

This internship can lead to permanent partnership opportunities that may require future travel to the United States.

We accept applicants from countries that participate in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (ESTA eligible), or applicants who already hold a valid U.S. visa.
