- Experience: 3+ years of experience in WordPress development and site management.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Elementor (or similar builders like Divi/Beaver Builder), HTML5, and CSS3. Basic knowledge of PHP is a plus.
- Optimization: Proven experience with caching, image optimization, and speed improvement tools.
- Design Eye: Strong ability to take an existing site and improve its visual appeal and responsiveness without needing a dedicated designer.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and justify estimates.
- English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken).
