We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, understanding business processes, and translating insights into actionable recommendations in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Support analysis of business processes, workflows, and performance metrics
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support development of business cases and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Maintain documentation, requirements, and analysis artifacts
- Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
- Degree or relevant coursework in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools)
- Ability to translate data and business needs into clear documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or project-based environments is a plus
- Fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus)
- Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time
