About the role

Our client is a fitness and lifestyle apparel brand rooted in endurance culture and performance-driven training. Built around discipline, consistency, and community, the brand designs apparel for athletes and individuals who live an active, purpose-driven lifestyle, using social media as a core channel for storytelling and connection.


They’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to fully own the brand’s organic Instagram presence end-to-end. This role is central to how the brand shows up online, combining creative execution, content planning, and community engagement while working closely with in-house videographers and the internal team.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage a 30-day content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Publish and schedule consistent Instagram content across feed posts and Stories
  • Collaborate with in-house videographers to shape content ideas, formats, and themes
  • Repurpose existing photo and video assets into high-performing social content
  • Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement to build authentic connections


What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing Instagram content calendars
  • Strong understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong organizational skills, creative instincts, and a proactive mindset
