About The Role

We seek skilled AI / ML Engineers to join our team and help integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our Software-as-a-Service platform. The ideal candidate comes from a strong backend development background and is passionate about building production-ready AI systems. Demonstrated experience in AI/ML is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust AI-driven features and services for complex problems using best practices and patterns.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet requirements, performance, and code standards.
• Work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team.
• Build and maintain backend services integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage vector databases.
• Work in an Agile (Scrum) development environment.
• Refactor and optimize code, create and maintain documentation.
• Write automated tests (unit, integration, and component tests).
  
  

Skills / Experience

• Strong backend development proficiency (e.g., Python, NodeJS, or similar server-side languages).
• Experience developing with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Comfortable with data modeling, schema design, and database interactions.
• Familiarity with REST API design and integration, including working with SDKs.
• Experience or interest in AI/ML technologies, such as LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-4), LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone).
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or LLM integrations in production applications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Passion for learning new technologies while maintaining existing systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Qualifications in AI/ML.
• Proven experience as a Backend Software Developer.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or NodeJS.
• Experience with databases (relational and/or NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
