Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote (Apply only if you are based in Nepal)

Salary: Up to NPR 50,000 per month, based on experience and skill level

Experience: 2+ years (B2B / SaaS experience preferred)

We are looking for a creative, product-minded UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences for complex web applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn business requirements into clear, elegant, and high-impact designs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building design systems, and owning the end-to-end design process—from concept to polished execution.

• Design intuitive, scalable, and consistent user interfaces for web applications
• Create and maintain Design Systems and UI Kits to support long-term product growth
• Define user flows, journeys, and experience patterns for complex workflows
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, clear, and visually compelling designs
• Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure high design quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards across the product
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment

• Strong portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX design work (required)
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience designing web applications
• Solid understanding of B2B UI/UX design patterns, including:
• Dashboards
• Data tables
• Multi-step workflows
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Systems
• Ability to move quickly from rough concepts to polished, production-ready designs
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, component design, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• High-ownership mindset with minimal hand-holding required

Bonus:

• Experience with UX research, usability testing, or motion design

Must-have:

• Figma (primary design tool)
• Design systems & component libraries
• Prototyping (Figma Prototyping or similar)

Nice-to-have:

• Motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie)
• UX research tools (Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting)
