100% Remote (India) | AI Optimization Specialist | Fintech SaaS Firm


About the Role:

AI Optimization Specialist is a critical, cross-functional role focused on improving the performance of AI Voice and Chat solutions through data analysis, conversational design, and optimization. You'll work with 18–20 customers post-implementation and collaborate closely with product, implementation, and AI teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse conversation data to identify improvement areas
  • Implement optimizations to enhance bot performance and user experience
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor AI health metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to best practices


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years’ experience with conversational AI (voice/chat)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, Python, and basic automation
  • Bonus: SQL knowledge, experience with financial institutions or contact centres
