We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong design sense, understands UX principles, and enjoys collaborating with developers and marketers in a remote-first environment.

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across web platforms.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Support UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Prepare design assets and style guides for development handoff.
• Stay up to date with web design trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in web or UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
