Qualifications
  • We are explicitly seeking a candidate who wants to grow into a technical lead or team leadership role as Livereach scales
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Technical Support Engineering, Systems Support, Network Engineering, or a related technical role, ideally supporting hardware + software products
  • Strong understanding of networking and video system fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, 802.11 (Wi-Fi), firewalls, Ethernet/cabling, PoE, and distributed software systems
  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting IP-based devices such as cameras, NVRs, sensors, or other edge hardware is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field (Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity), or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong interest in people leadership, mentoring, and building scalable support processes over time
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to customers, partners, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent problem ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment while collaborating closely with sales, deployments, and engineering
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Experience with Linux-based systems, APIs, Python or scripting languages, and/or debugging cloud-connected devices is a plus
  • Familiarity with physical security, video management systems (VMS), LPR, or AI-enabled video analytics is a bonus but not required




Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience, skill level, and scope of responsibility
  • Equity: Opportunity to participate in Livereach’s equity or long-term incentive plans (where applicable)
