People Partners at TaxDome are strategic operators who align people strategy with business goals. They partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, shape performance and growth culture, and drive scalable people programs rooted in data, empathy, and execution. As a People Partner, you’ll support one of our largest and fastest-growing teams, ensuring that people programs are impactful, consistent, and continuously improving.



📝 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale foundational people programs for the Revenue organization, including onboarding, 1:1s, exit feedback, and sentiment tracking.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to team leads and ICs, coaching on performance, development, engagement, and team culture.
  • Capture and analyze trends in employee experience, morale, and retention; propose actionable solutions to improve engagement and performance.
  • Execute and refine core HR processes, including probation checks, feedback pulses, cross-review cycles, and offboarding workflows.
  • Partner with the People Lead to translate insights into policy or process improvements.
  • Foster a human-centered, high-trust culture that balances execution with empathy and inclusion.
  • Support manager enablement by providing coaching, frameworks, and guidance on people-related topics.



📊 Key Metrics You’ll Own

  • Retention & Risk Tracking: All employees receive structured 1:1s at least once per quarter; risks and themes are logged and addressed.
  • Performance Support: Calibration prep completed and coaching delivered for biannual review cycles.
  • Onboarding & Exit Insights: Run onboarding feedback cycles and analyze exit feedback for actionable insights.
  • Process Health: Ensure HR programs and processes run smoothly with minimal oversight.
  • Engagement Metrics: Drive improvement in employee sentiment (e.g., eNPS, eSAT) and implement recognition initiatives.


🤝 Who You’ll Work With

  • Revenue Team Leads & Individual Contributors (~120 employees)
  • People Lead & HR peers
  • Cross-functional partners in Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Education


🧠What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in HRBP/People Partner/HR Generalists/HR Manager roles, ideally in SaaS or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HR tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier or similar automation tools).
  • Experience with remote, distributed teams and global HR practices.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
