At Shokworks, we’re looking for a Technical PM (AI) who can bridge strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution. You will lead the delivery of advanced AI solutions—LLMs, agents, RAG, data pipelines, and integrations—while guiding engineering teams and ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business outcomes.

- Strong hands-on technical capacity in Python, integrations, RAG, AI agents, and AI solution architecture.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML or data-intensive products and technical teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and product roadmaps.
- Experience designing or validating architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud, data flows).
- Professional English communication skills — mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
💻 Tech Stack You Should Know
- Cloud & Infra: AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM, Bedrock, Step Functions), Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CodePipeline), Kubernetes (basic).
- AI / LLMs / Frameworks: OpenAI API, LlamaIndex, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI.
- Development: Python (required), Pandas, NumPy, TypeScript/Node.js, FastAPI or Flask.
- Data & Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS; PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB; Airflow, Prefect, Step Functions.
- APIs / Integrations: REST, Webhooks, OAuth, JWT, microservices, event-driven architecture.
- RAG Tools: LlamaIndex (primary), LangChain (complementary), embedding systems, chunking pipelines.

🧭 Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions by defining clear scopes and translating business objectives into technical plans, while also designing or validating architectures and contributing hands-on to key components such as prototypes, integrations, data pipelines, LLM workflows, and agent logic. You will lead agile project execution, coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, manage integrations across systems, ensure model and feature validation, communicate progress and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and uphold standards for security, compliance, responsible AI, and continuous improvement.
