About The Role

As Supergut experiences rapid growth across direct-to-consumer (DTC) and omnichannel platforms, we are seeking a strategic and innovative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee our email and SMS marketing channels. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle programs that nurture customer relationships, boost retention, and generate measurable revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess and creative storytelling ability, utilizing insights, segmentation, and testing to craft personalized customer experiences. Collaboration across teams—including eCommerce, product, creative, and brand—will be essential to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Supergut’s mission. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing within a high-growth, DTC eCommerce environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in developing segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value
  • Ability to design and execute A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously optimize the full lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS channels, including onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation efforts
  • Develop and implement segmentation and personalization frameworks to increase engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Manage campaign and automation calendars for product launches, promotional campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that drive business growth
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize creative content, and improve campaign cadence
  • Design and execute A/B testing plans to enhance channel effectiveness and customer experience
  • Collaborate with creative, eCommerce, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Lead initiatives to grow email and SMS lists through acquisition strategies and retention efforts
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as open rates, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, churn, and engagement metrics
  • Innovate and improve automation workflows, customer journeys, and personalization strategies to maximize impact
