Join us as an Operations Strategy Manager (m/f/d) in the VP Office of our Global Operator Enablement Services and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

MOIA's Global Operator Enablement Services (GOES) Organization is our delivery backbone — our mission-critical interface to operator customers worldwide. We transform innovative technology into operational success by delivering our turnkey solution that enables safe, scalable, and efficient autonomous mobility services.

As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we integrate customer launch management, digital platform provisioning, service operations, and customer support to deliver a seamless experience. Acting as the single point of contact for operators, GOES ensures end-to-end excellence.

As Operations Strategy Manager (m/f/d), you will partner directly with our VP GOES to shape and align operator‑enablement priorities across functions, translate decisions into clear plans, and lead cross‑functional delivery to ensure seamless launches for global operator customers.

What you will do

  • Understand and articulate operator enablement priorities and initiatives, ensuring alignment with high-level goals and objectives.
  • Conceptualize MOIA's operator enablement strategy for rolling out our autonomous driving turnkey solution.
  • Support in preparation of materials for senior leadership meetings and shareholder relations.
  • Communicate key decisions and updates, keeping the team informed and engaged.
  • Oversee the Operator Enablement budgeting process and target adherence.
  • Facilitate collaboration between operator enablement functions to ensure smooth and rapid execution.
  • Lead and manage critical projects and novel initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met.
  • Oversee internal communication strategies, ensuring consistent and transparent information flow focused on strategy and project management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among Operator Enablement and other functions, fostering a cohesive work environment.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Solid experience in management consulting, an operations role, or a similar field.
  • Experience with global operations delivery that includes distributed teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving environment, quick to adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and productivity software.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
