Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface for developers, partners, and integrators, providing technical onboarding and ongoing support.
- Diagnose and debug complex, cross-layer technical issues; identify root causes and coordinate resolution across teams.
- Produce and promote best practices for development on the chain; contribute to improving technical documentation and tutorials.
- Build internal tools and scripts to streamline debugging workflows and improve ecosystem collaboration efficiency.
- Track recurring technical issues and proactively drive improvements to protocols or the tooling stack.
Requirements
- Must to have: Hands-on experience in blockchain client / L1 / L2 / Web3 development; strong familiarity with EVM, RPC, node architecture, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus to support global ecosystem partners(Bilingual).
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure; experience building tools in Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in developer support, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing roles is a plus.
