We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Executive to bridge the gap between our technical expertise and our global audience.
The Role
As our Social Media Executive, you will own the end-to-end social presence of Zentura Group of Brands, with main focus on Mechon International across four key regions: GCC, Africa, Australia, South America, Small Islands & Beyond. You will be responsible for balancing highly technical organic content with high-performing paid campaigns to drive lead generation and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Social Management: Execute both organic growth strategies and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads (followers, Specific Campaigns along with Paid Ads team), Meta Ads) focused on B2B brand awareness + lead generation.
- Regional Strategy: Tailor content and scheduling for diverse time zones and cultural nuances across the GCC, Africa, Australia, South America, Small Islands & Beyond.
- Community Growth: Actively increase organic followers and engagement by fostering relationships with engineers, procurement managers, and industry leaders (Influencer Marketing B2B).
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel social campaigns for brands (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo parts) and industry events.
- Platform-Specific Analytics: Deliver weekly and monthly reports using platform-native insights and third-party tools to track ROI, CPL, and engagement rates.
- Software Proficiency: Use Sprout Social for deep listening/analytics and HubSpot for integrated scheduling and CRM alignment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated Social Media role (B2B or Industrial experience preferred).
- Paid Social Expert: Proven track record in managing ad spend, A/B testing creative, and optimizing for conversions.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Sprout Social and HubSpot.
- Strategic Scheduling: Deep understanding of the best times to post and engage across different global markets.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy. You should know "why" a post performed, not just "what" the numbers were. And add more of the working post types into the socials monthly calendar.
- Communication: Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian, French, Arabic is a significant plus.
