Position: Webflow Developer (Design-Driven, Animation-Focused)
Salary range: PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate's skills and experience.)
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time
Work set-up: 100% Remote work

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-obsessed Webflow Developer who can turn high-fidelity designs into polished, production-ready websites that feel refined, intentional, and alive. This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between design precision and front-end execution, with the autonomy to make smart layout decisions and the technical skill to implement interactions beyond native Webflow capabilities.
You will work directly from Figma files and be trusted to deliver sites that meet — or exceed — the quality of the original design, without constant supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Fidelity & Polish
- Translate Figma designs into Webflow with pixel-level accuracy, ensuring spacing, alignment, padding, hover states, and transitions match the intended design.
- Apply subtle micro-interactions across the site (buttons, links, navigation, load-in states) to create a premium, responsive user experience.
- Make confident, design-aligned decisions when minor spacing or layout adjustments are required, without needing step-by-step direction.
Webflow Development & Structure
- Build clean, scalable Webflow sites using global styles for typography, colours, buttons, and reusable components.
- Set up and manage CMS collections (e.g., blogs, team members, categories, dynamic pages) with logical relationships and maintainable structures
- Ensure sites are fully responsive across desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
Animation & Customisation
- Implement GSAP animations (or similar middleware) for interactions and effects that go beyond native Webflow functionality.
- Embed basic custom HTML/CSS snippets where needed to support standard features not available natively in Webflow.
Performance, SEO & Launch Readiness
- Optimise images and site structure for fast loading speeds.
- Apply basic SEO best practices, including semantic structure and on-page optimisation.
- Work comfortably with Google Search Console, domain DNS settings, and launch-related configurations.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work independently from Figma files, including inspecting layers, exporting assets, and interpreting design intent
- Record clear Loom videos to explain progress, decisions, or technical implementations, reducing reliance on long text explanations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience building high-quality Webflow sites with a visible attention to detail.
- Proven ability to implement micro-interactions and animation polish.
- Comfortable working autonomously from Figma designs
- Experience using GSAP or similar animation libraries alongside Webflow
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles
- CMS setup and dynamic content expertise.
- Knowledge of global style systems within Webflow.
- Basic SEO, performance optimisation, and DNS familiarity.
- Confidence embedding small custom code snippets (HTML/CSS).
- Clear verbal communication skills and comfort recording Loom walkthroughs.
PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have):
- Experience integrating Webflow forms with external tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Hotjar, or Google Analytics.
- Ability to write custom JavaScript from scratch for bespoke functionality (e.g., calculators, advanced interactions).
- Awareness of accessibility best practices, including keyboard navigation and screen-reader usability.
