🎯 Key Responsibilities- Monitor security systems, logs, and alerts to detect and respond to threats.
- Investigate security incidents and support incident response activities.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing efforts.
- Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures.
- Support security monitoring tools such as SIEM and endpoint protection systems.
- Collaborate with IT, network, and engineering teams on security initiatives.
- Assist with security audits, compliance, and risk assessments.
- Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- Document incidents, controls, and remediation actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or IT security roles.
- Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, etc.).
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and security frameworks.
- Understanding of common attack vectors and threat mitigation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English.
