We are seeking an AI Technical Architect with strong experience in AI-driven and CX-related solutions to design, guide, and oversee enterprise-grade development projects. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role focused on solution design, technical leadership, and delivery oversight, rather than people management.

The role requires someone who can translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with industry standards.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including:
• 5+ years in technical or solution architecture roles
• 5+ years in AI model architecture design and implementation
• Proven experience productionizing AI-driven solutions
• Strong background in web technologies and enterprise application architecture
• Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Data Science projects
• Familiarity with AI methodologies, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps
• Hands-on programming expertise, including:
• Python
• TypeScript, Node.js, React (TypeScript)
• Shell scripting
• SQL and both relational & NoSQL databases
• Project leadership required (technical ownership, not people management)
• Open to Non-Filipino candidates
• Working visa and relocation package will be provided
• No language premium

• Understand client needs and define automation and AI solution specifications
• Design and propose scalable architecture, optimizations, and software improvements
• Lead and conduct extensive code reviews
• Develop and oversee both front-end and back-end solutions, with testing and standards in place
• Analyze business and technical requirements and ensure SLA compliance
• Perform end-to-end business analysis to capture system requirements
• Plan and design technology solutions, including estimation and proposal creation
• Communicate system architecture and requirements to development teams
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and integration approaches
• Own and oversee assigned programs until successful delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure implementation aligns with approved architecture and infrastructure standards
• Address technical risks, concerns, and improvement ideas
• Report project updates, risks, and issues to governance stakeholders
• Train and mentor junior members on business analysis and architectural design
• Ensure delivery meets or exceeds SLA targets for:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Service Requests
• Change Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Master’s or Doctoral degree is a strong advantage
• Certifications in Web, Automation, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture are a plus
