Swapop, an AI-powered marketplace built for Gen Z, is looking for a Co-Founder / Lead Flutter Engineer with 10+ years of experience who can own the mobile product, manage engineering execution, and lead developers from idea to launch.

This is not just a coding role. You will help shape the product, guide the team, define standards, and build a scalable mobile foundation for a fast-growing startup.

This is an equity-based founding role, with a clear path to a paid executive or leadership position post-funding.

Your Role & Impact

Flutter Leadership & Mobile Architecture

• Lead and mentor Flutter developers and collaborate closely with backend engineers.

• Own the end-to-end Flutter application architecture and technical direction.

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable, high-performance mobile app.

• Establish best practices for Flutter development, state management, testing, and releases.

• Review code, enforce quality standards, and ensure long-term maintainability.

• Make key technical decisions aligned with product growth and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mobile or software development, with strong Flutter expertise.

• Proven experience leading and managing development teams.

• Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, performance optimization, and production apps.

• Experience shipping and maintaining real-world mobile applications.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup with ownership and ambiguity.

• Ability to commit 10–15 hours per week initially.
