Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

KangarooHealth is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and lead the company’s marketing strategy and execution as we scale our Connected Care Platform. This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare marketing professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution.


You will partner closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, to drive brand positioning, demand generation, thought leadership, and revenue-supporting marketing initiatives. This role has high visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B healthcare marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, content marketing, events, and paid media
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for Telehealth and RPM solutions
  • Oversee conferences, webinars, and industry events, including strategic planning, execution, and ROI measurement
  • Manage and optimize marketing channels including website, email marketing, SEO, social media, and print
  • Partner with sales leadership to support demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement
  • Direct content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, white papers, blog content, and sales enablement assets
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors for design, web development, and paid media
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health
  • Strong understanding of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), healthcare IT, or provider-focused solutions
  • Proven success in B2B demand generation, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution
  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Pardot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, and related marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a bonus
  • Demonstrated experience managing content driven marketing, paid social, search advertising, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
