About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical and versatile Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires deep expertise in marketing, media management, website operations, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-campaign execution. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to manage complex ad strategies and contribute directly to website development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands or projects.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, A/B tests, and performance reporting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to continuously improve ROAS and conversions.
- Identify audience segments, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Website & E-Commerce Operations
- Develop, update, and maintain websites—primarily on Shopify, but also on additional platforms as needed.
- Ensure seamless site performance, UI/UX optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ensure analytics tools are properly configured.
- Collaborate on landing pages, product listings, and SEO enhancements.
- Manage and operate multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to website integrations, pixels, tags, and APIs.
- Work closely with creative, operations, and leadership teams to execute marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or a similar technical role.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multichannel campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, website builders, and basic front-end customization.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, attribution, and performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Highly technical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and experience working in remote environments.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic coding.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Familiarity with other ad platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience with brand development or creative direction.
