🎯 Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
- Create process flows, user stories, and documentation.
- Assist in change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools; SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English.
