IdentityLogic Consulting is seeking talented SailPoint Developers at all experience levels for contract positions (C2C/W2) to join our Identity and Access Management team. This is a contract position available on both Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 basis. We offer flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements to accommodate your preferred work style and location.
What You'll Do
As a SailPoint Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that automate identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and compliance reporting. Your work will directly impact how thousands of users securely access the applications and resources they need to do their jobs.
Key Responsibilities
You'll develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint platforms, integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and systems. Working closely with security, compliance, and IT teams, you'll troubleshoot complex identity governance challenges and optimize existing implementations for performance and scalability. You'll also contribute to the design and architecture of our identity governance framework, participate in code reviews, and help maintain documentation and best practices.
What We're Looking For
For entry-level positions, we're seeking candidates with foundational knowledge of SailPoint technologies, Java development skills, and enthusiasm for identity and access management. Mid-level developers should bring 2-4 years of hands-on SailPoint experience, demonstrated success with IdentityIQ or ISC implementations, and proficiency in BeanShell, Java, or similar languages. Senior developers need 5+ years of extensive SailPoint experience, deep expertise in both IdentityIQ and ISC platforms, and proven ability to lead complex IAM projects from design through implementation.
Regardless of level, ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving abilities, experience with REST APIs and web services, understanding of identity governance concepts like joiner-mover-leaver processes and access certifications, and familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP. Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and relevant certifications (SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect) are valued but not required.
Work Arrangement
This position offers flexibility with both remote and hybrid options available. Remote contractors can work from anywhere within the United States, while hybrid arrangements provide the option to work from our Arlington, VA office as needed or preferred.
Technical Environment
Our technology stack includes SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Java and BeanShell scripting, SQL databases, REST and SOAP web services, and integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
