Job Title: Graphic Designer Lead

Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
SuperKreatives is looking for a Graphic Designer Lead who has strong design fundamentals, basic-to-good video knowledge, and leadership skills to manage a team of designers and interns. This role requires hands-on design work along with team coordination and quality control.
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and interns
- Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely project delivery
- Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Handle basic video creatives such as reels, short videos, ads, and edits
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams for requirements
- Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Experience in team handling and leadership
- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma
- Working knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Good understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- All shortlisted candidates must complete a design & video assignment
- Assignment details will be shared via email
- Selection will be based on quality, creativity, and timely submission
