Key Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and guide modeling direction.
- Build predictive models across tabular, time-series, NLP, multimodal data.
- Design validation strategies, experiments, analytical workflows.
- Develop automated feature pipelines and reproducible environments.
- Perform EDA, hypothesis testing, model investigations.
- Translate findings into recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with ML engineers to productionize models.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Python expertise (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn preferred).
- Experience with end-to-end ML modeling and statistics.
- Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, experiment tracking.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Training provided; competition experience or AI lab background helpful.
Bonus Skills
- Kaggle/top competition experience.
- LLMs, multimodal models, big data tools (Spark, Snowflake).
