About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can design, develop, and maintain workflow automation using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building automated workflows, integrating APIs, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and identify areas where automation can add value.
- Design, build, and deploy workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools.
- Integrate multiple systems and applications through APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
- Optimize and maintain existing automation workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Document workflows, logic, and integration steps for future reference and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Integromat).
- Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with API integrations, JSON, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve automation failures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, process automation, or integration development.
- Practical exposure to automating business processes such as lead management, reporting, data synchronization, notifications, or task orchestration.
- Experience working with multiple tools and systems simultaneously and managing complex automation logic.
- Prior experience supporting live automation workflows and handling production issues is preferred.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with AI tools and integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, chatbots, AI agents).
- Experience integrating CRMs, ERPs, marketing tools, or finance systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of data handling best practices and automation security considerations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
