We’re looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about test automation, continuous improvement, and working in a remote-first engineering environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Execute automated and manual tests for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues to resolution.
  • Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test cases, frameworks, and processes.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, stability, and efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA best practices.
  • Experience testing APIs and backend services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English.
