The Role
We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to own and lead our external recruiting function.
This role is not about recruiting internal RLS employees. Instead, you will manage, guide, and hold accountable our external recruiting team responsible for sourcing and placing offshore legal talent for U.S. law firm clients.
You are accountable for recruiting quality, speed, and consistency. That means setting standards, improving systems, coaching recruiters, spotting issues early, and ensuring every candidate presented meets the RLS bar.
If recruiting quality drops, you catch it.
If pipelines slow, you unblock it.
If standards drift, you reset them.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the external recruiting team responsible for client placements
- Own recruiting quality, consistency, and speed across all active roles
- Set and enforce clear candidate evaluation standards
- Review shortlists, interview feedback, and hiring recommendations
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, screening judgment, and communication
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action quickly
- Partner closely with Operations and Client Success to align on role expectations
- Improve recruiting systems, workflows, scorecards, and documentation
- Maintain visibility across multiple live pipelines without losing control

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading recruiters
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to assess candidates beyond resumes
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working across Slack, Google Workspace, ATS tools, and hiring dashboards
- Startup, staffing, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
