Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to support our growing international workforce. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and compliance support for remote teams, with a primary focus on Germany-based hiring and operations.
This is a remote engagement, ideal for HR professionals who are experienced in working with distributed teams and international hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and documentation
- Assist in performance management processes and monthly evaluations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and talent requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Executive
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Experience handling remote or international teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools
