Job Title: U.S. HR Operations Specialist

Location: Pakistan (Remote), supporting U.S.-based clients

Employment Type: Full-time, exclusive engagement (dual employment not permitted)

Job Summary:

The HR Operations Specialist supports U.S. team members with HR and benefits inquiries, benefit enrollments, and leave of absence administration. The role ensures compliance with U.S. federal and state requirements, manages unemployment claims, garnishments, benefit invoicing, and maintains accurate data in Workday. It also assists with open enrollment, ESPP, relocation, talent dashboards, and service recognition programs while partnering on Total Rewards and Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to U.S. team members on HR policies, benefits inquiries, and case management.
  • Handle benefit enrollments, I‑9 follow‑ups, and compliance reporting in line with U.S. regulations.
  • Manage benefits processes including medical support orders, garnishments, arrears collections, invoicing, ESPP, and open enrollment coordination.
  • Support leave of absence administration, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for leaders and payroll partners.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, maintain HR data accuracy in Workday, and assist with unemployment claim processing.
  • Provide support for relocation coordination, talent dashboards, and service award programs.
  • Partner on Total Rewards initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and overall experience.
  • Maintain data integrity across Workday and related systems while supporting unemployment claim processing.
  • Support hiring processes by coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring compliance with U.S. employment requirements.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives by coordinating training programs, tracking participation, and supporting employee development activities.


Job Specifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources from a renowned University.
  • Native or near native‑ English fluency, both written and spoken, with advanced professional communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of HR operations, benefits administration, or related experience in a U.S. corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with benefits programs, open enrollment, ESPP, and leave of absence administration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and remain composed under pressure.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated‑ and disciplined in a remote work environment.
  • Availability to work as full-time employee in U.S. business hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
